Q2: Do I have to pay anything for using Mailz.ro services?

A2: NO. Mailz.ro is a free service.

Q3: How long will my ID be active?

A3: The Email ID (address) will be active forever. However, emails are deleted every 2 days.

Q4: I've waited more than 15 min but no message arrived!

A4 (a): Sometimes delays can occur (if our servers are flooded with users and emails). If this happens, you can try again later. Also, because of the excessive use, some of our domains might get blacklisted. You can try creating a new a new email address by selecting another domain from the dropdown list.

A4 (b): Our system has greylisting enabled. In some cases, emails are intentionally delayed and the sending server is instructed to retry in X minutes. If the sending server is properly configured, the email will be sent again after X minutes and if that happens our system will let the message pass and will deliver it to your inbox.

Q5: How many Email IDs can I create?

A5: There is no limit to the number of Email Ids you can create.

Q6: Do I have to download a mobile app or software to use Mailz.ro?

A6: No, you don't need an app or software to use the free Mailz.ro service. Mailz.ro is a web-based service, accessible from anywhere.
